Everyone knows that school is one stressful mess. Add working full time, (or sixty hours a week for the over achievers like me) attempting to have a social life, being healthy, and obtaining a minimum of eight hours of sleep a night, and you get one stressed out person. If you're anything like me, you tend to stress about the stress you are under. The slightest little thing, like someone asking you to make time to go out with them, suddenly takes your stress to the next level. When you finally get the chance to have a stress free night, you stress about the things you are not doing, that you should be. I have comprised a list of my favorite stress free activities.

1. Go to the gym. Nothing better than working off all your stress and anger.

2. Clean. If you are anything like me, clutter and disorganization can damper your mood.

3. Play with puppies. Puppies make everybody happy.

4. Take a nap.

5. Netflix and Chill- alone.

6. Read a book you have been wanting to.

7. Journal or blog. (a reason to join odyssey (; )

8. Do not commit to to much. I am absolutely famous for adding way to much to my plate and then freaking out on someone for committing to them.

9. Buy an adult coloring book. Be a kid for a day.

10. Ask for help. Never be afraid to ask someone to help you make your a life a little easier.

11. Go for a walk. Clear your head.

12. Try a new hobby. Always wanted to knit? Go for it.

13. Plan a vacation to look forward to.

14. Turn on the loudest song possible and dance.

15. Disconnect from social media. Seeing some things other people post, stress you out more than it should.

16. Try yoga.

17. Go for a drive down some back roads and take in the scenery.

18. And my favorite one, talk to your best friend about how you are feeling.

Life will throw curve balls and give you more stress than it should. Just remember to smile, laugh in the moment, and know that everything ends up working out.

Dear High School Friend Group,

My sweet angels, where would I be without you guys. We all grew up together because we either met in middle school or high school and watched each other grow up and get "old." We got to go to prom together and then graduate together. Then watched each other as we continued our lives in college, joining sororities and meeting people who will impact our lives forever. It all has happened so fast.

Oh college, we can’t live with you, but we can’t live without you. It’s a love/hate relationship, really. College is an experience that no one can ever prepare you for, and maybe that’s a good thing. You never really expect any of the things that college encompasses until you are there. College is fun, but don’t have too much fun. C’s get degrees, but they don’t get you into graduate school.

Blair Waldorf

The "Gossip Girl" series may be over, but Blair Waldorf's iconic character lives in our hearts forever. Blair was the queen of the Upper East Side, and a character you either loved or hated. She taught us everything we needed to know about life, love and of course, how to score a Chuck Bass. So the next time you feel a bit lost and are in need of guidance, look no further than to the Queen B herself.

As I spend my Sunday avoiding my homework and other adult responsibilities, I realized that I've watched this series over and over about a million times. Sadly, there isn't a Blair quote I don't know, so I came up with a list of a few favorites. You know you love her...xoxo

Summer: a time (usually) free from school work and a time to relax with your friends and family. Maybe you go on a vacation or maybe you work all summer, but the time off really does help. When you're in college you become super close with so many people it's hard to think that you won't see many of them for three months. But, then you get that text saying, "Hey, clear your schedule next weekend, I'm coming up" and you begin to flip out. Here are the emotions you go through as your best friend makes her trip to your house.
