If you don't follow @OdysseyRejects on Twitter, do yourself a favor and hit that up. They come up with hilarious ideas for Odyssey articles as a joke. After searching through all 179 tweets, I found one similar to this.

1. He goes by many names.

Do you address him by his real name? Is a nickname okay? Or his professional name?

2. He cares about his kids.

Your dad wishes he could be so articulate.

3. He has strong political views.

Eminem is very vocal about his dislike for Trump, and your dad is vocal about everything political.

4. He's won awards.

Shady's Grammys ain't got nothing on your dad's fourth place bowling trophy.

5. He's a pun master.

*groans*

6. He's the king.

Eminem was named the King of Hip-Hop by Rolling Stones magazine in 2011. Your dad says he's king of the house.

7. He knows fashion.

Oh, he can dress well, but he chooses not to.

8. Other kids wish he was their dad.

They'll even go so far as to claim he is their dad.

9. His favorite video game is Donkey Kong.

What is it about a monkey and barrels?

10. He gives the best advice.

So wise.

11. He can cook.

Eminem once worked as a short-order cook. Your dad can turn on a grill.

12. He's a leader.

When asked why he doesn't follow anyone on Twitter, Shady responded with: "Always be a leader, not a follower." I'm sure your dad leads something.

13. He has a wide vocabulary.

Your dad uses words like incidentally and authoritative. Eminem has used about 9,000 unique words in his raps.

14. He knows what kids like.

Not only does he know what they like, but he encourages their likes.

15. He doesn't like computers.

He doesn't want to spend all day on that machine. He has better things to do.

16. He has strong feelings about Vanilla Ice.

You can't tell if your dad likes him or not, but Eminem has called him "fake".

17. He likes to yell.

He likes to make sure his point gets accross, and the best way to do that is to yell.

18. He's the greatest.

Both your dad and Eminem are the best, and they know it.

Now you can say your dad is officially as cool as Eminem!

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!
