We're all growing up, and adulthood is too close for comfort. You feel the onset of paranoia as you begin to realize that your time as an adult is approaching all too quickly. You begin to pay attention to some things that seem necessary to survival as an adult, and realize that you are totally not ready to "Adult."
1. When you hear someone mention taxes

2. You think about scheduling appointments, and decide that you can probably go without seeing a doctor, forever.

3. You see a commercial for phone plans, and don't understand any of it, at all.

4. Literally anything about banking confuses you.

5.You hear adults talking about a party, and have to remind yourself that it was definitely not the kind of party you were thinking about.

6.You see someone near your age in the grocery store, shopping for themselves and feel a knot in your stomach.

7. You go on Facebook, see a high school classmate is either engaged/pregnant, and feel nauseous.

8. Someone asks you what you want to do after college, and you still don't have a great answer.

9. A button falls off your shirt onto the floor, and you just stare at it, not completely sure what to do.

10. Trying to understand car payments.

11. You hear your parents talking about house payments and bills, and have to run away.

12. Insurance??

13. Someone asks for your opinion on a serious topic, and you realize they expect a serious answer.

14. You realize you should really get a handle on your nervous laughter.

15. You begin to think that you should get some adult hobbies, like crochet or chess.

16. Your lunch conversations with friends focus more on politics and social issues

17. You have a miniature panic attack when you think of living on your own.

18. Adulting seems like a lot more work than it's worth, so you decide to ignore your impending doom.
