If you've watched "One Tree Hill" then you know that it will take you on an emotional roller coaster ride. You will become connected to the characters and you will feel every moment of joy and every moment of sadness in their lives. Here are some times OTH made us cry (either with sadness or happiness).

1. When Nathan stuck with Haley while she was depressed.

We all watched (and cried) when Haley's mom died and it got even worse when she slipped into a depression. Nathan was there for her the entire time even when it became incredibly frustrating and even dangerous (the piano fire).

2. The school shooting.

This was by far the saddest and the most eye-opening episode the show ever aired. It delved deeper into a really terrible issue that faces the world today. The show definitely handled it perfectly and once we got past the reality of the situation, we saw our favorite characters struggling with something bigger than themselves. Whether it was Peyton and Lucas in the library, Haley and Nathan with the shooter or Keith and his untimely death, this episode is one that sticks with all of us.

3. All the boys have hot bods.

Literally every single boy that was on the show was and is a beautiful, perfect, absolutely lovely specimen.

4. Nathan knows exactly what Haley is thinking.

Wouldn't life be absolutely perfect if boys knew what you were thinking without you telling them? Nathan makes his and Haley's life a whole lot easier because he can tell when she's upset, when she's mad, when she needs attention, everything.

5. When Lucas and Peyton finally got together.

We waited for so long and when it finally happened we couldn't have been happier. While we all knew it was going to happen, the show definitely took their time getting us to that point. Nevertheless, it was perfect when it finally happened.

6. Every single kiss in the rain scene.

Yes, they happened countless times but every single one of these scenes was absolutely perfect.

7. When Nathan jumps in the river after Rachel and Cooper.

Yet again showing that he is the perfect man, none of us knew whether he would make it or not but we all love a good hero story.

8. Quinn, Clay and Logan.

Quinn and Clay definitely had some major issues in their relationship but Logan was by far the best thing that came out of them when they were all resolved. He's adorable and just wants to be loved and when he calls them Mom and Dad for the first time, you'd be lying if you said you didn't cry.

9. Nanny Carrie.

From trying to destroy Nathan and Haley's marriage to kidnapping Jamie to trying to kill Dan, Nanny Carrie was a complete psycho and I was on the edge of my seat the entire time she was in the show.

10. Peyton's fake brother.

Another crazy stalker storyline that made us all want to just take Peyton into our arms and never let her go. She'd already been through so much and her fake brother made things 10 times worse.

11. When Julian leaves Davis in his car.

Watching it happen and then watching how Julian deals with it made us want all want to cry. Another real life problem that the show takes and handles perfectly.

12. When Peyton's mom dies.

She finally got her mom and then she was taken away from Peyton all over again. Going through one mother's death is already awful, but having to go through two is unspeakable.

13. When Haley gets hit by a car.

She was pregnant, it was kind of Nathan's fault, then he beat up Daunte and thought he killed him, and on top of it, Lucas had a heart attack. So many things wrong and so many reasons to cry.

14. When Brooke gets attacked in her store.

Brooke is everything I strive to be and watching her defenseless and at the mercy of a deranged killer was one of the hardest things to watch. She came out strong just like she always did, though.

15. When Jake leaves.

Peyton loses yet another person and he's one of the sweetest guys the show ever had. Even though we were all rooting for Peyton and Lucas, Jake was definitely the best person for her if she couldn't have Lucas.

16. Every time Whitey talks about his wife.

We all love Whitey and he had so much love for Camilla. We can only hope that one day we have someone who loves us as much as Whitey loved Camilla.

17. When Quentin is murdered.

I think I cried for days. He was turning his life around and Jamie loved him so much. To be completely honest, just writing about it makes me tear up.

18. When Nathan and Haley are reunited after he was taken hostage.

Forever my relationship goals. They were the ultimate couple and watching the last season with Haley worried that she and her children may never see him again was hard. But seeing them reunited was all worth it.

Always and Forever "One Tree Hill," Always and Forever.

10 Thoughts Of A 5th Year Senior

What about those of us who don't do it all in four years?

"College will be the best four years of your life" is a phrase that we have all heard growing up. College is painted as a magical place to us while we are in high school. A place you go to learn, meet your best friends and probably have the time of your life while all of this is going down. Four whirlwind years, where everything that you've known changes and you start to learn what it means to live on your own, have a job, etc. But what about those of us who don't do this all in four years? Major changes, hard courses, switching schools, career paths changing, these are just a handful of factors that could extend your four years to five, six or seven. There is nothing wrong with taking extra time to graduate, but returning as a fifth-year is a little different. Most of your best friends have most likely graduated and moved and while you may be one of the oldest undergraduates on campus, you might feel as awkward as a freshmen. A world that became home and comfortable to you is still there but it's slightly different than you've known it to be and you have to find a groove to fall into. These are thoughts you'll have as you look ahead to returning to your college campus, with a victory lap planned.

Aubrey Plaza is one of my favorite humans in Hollywood. She's honest, blunt, unapologetic, and hilarious. I just started my sophomore year of college, and found that some of her best moments can accurately describe the start of the school year.

1. When your advisor tells you that you should declare a major soon.

2. Seeing the lost and confused freshmen and remembering that was you a short year ago, and now being grateful you know the ins and outs of the campus.

3. Going to the involvement fair to sign up for more clubs knowing that you are already too involved.

4. When you actually do the reading required for the first class.

5. Seeing your friends for the first time since last semester.

6. When you're already drowning in homework during syllabus week.

7. Realizing you don't have the same excitement for classes as you did as a freshman.

8. Going home and seeing people from high school gets weirder the older you get.

Moms are super heroes dressed in yesterday's clothing and they deserve an award for that.

Dear Mom,

You took care of me and my brothers our entire lives and you still continue to! I will not be able to truly grasp all of the hard work that you put into this family until I create my own one day. But, I know that there are plenty of times I forgot to give you a simple thank you or an appreciative smile. I thank you for everything that you have done for me and will continue to do for me. Here are some examples of those times where you had my back and I forgot to pat your back for saving me:

College is hard. As people ages 18-22, we’re just trying to figure out what we’re doing with our lives, our careers, our eating habits, exercise routines, sleep patterns, and other necessities for adult life. We definitely don’t take proper care of ourselves; it’s basically impossible when we have essays, tests and readings due and somehow we’re supposed to eat right, exercise and sleep. We’re doomed to get sick. I have zero experience in science but when I get sick there are certain things I do to make myself better.
