One Tree Hill has been a favorite show for teenagers since it first aired in 2003, and it has touched the hearts of viewers far and wide. Whether you found inspiration from Brooke Davis, the struggling teen girl that grew up to become a successful business owner and mother. Or Nathan Scott, the teen athlete that grew to be the ultimate husband and father, One Tree Hill taught us so much about life. It taught us about love, friendships, and the importance of staying true to yourself. One Tree Hill was filled with highs and lows, so I thought I’d go over some of the times the producers crushed our hearts, just in time to give us a happy ending of course. Warning, spoilers ahead.

1. When Lucas gets in a car accident on the way to pick up Karen from the airport.

Not only did she come home to both boys she loved in the hospital, she ends up blaming Keith, and just when we thought they would finally be together, they aren’t.

2. When Haley kisses Chris Keller.

I mean come on, Chris Keller? Not to mention we all support Naley and it hurt our hearts to see her break Nathan's when she left for the tour.

3. On the other end, when Nathan kisses Nannie Carrie.

Come on Nathan.. You should have told Haley as soon as it happened.

4. When Rachel and Uncle Cooper crash Naley’s wedding limo.

It was sad enough that Rachel was so hurt over their break-up, but running a limo off a bridge is another problem entirely.

5. When Nathan jumps into the river to save Cooper and Rachel.

Especially when he doesn’t come up for like ever, worst wedding day ever.

6. When the men that bet on Nathan hit Haley with a car after the State Championship.

As if her getting hit by a car wasn’t bad enough, she got hit by a car while she was pregnant too?

7. When Jimmy Edwards brings a gun to school.

That day was filled with tragedy, possibly the saddest episode there ever was.

8. When Dan kills Keith.

Keith was everyone’s favorite, no one saw that one coming, nor were they ready to say goodbye.

9. When Brooke finds Rachel overdosed in her spare apartment.

Thankfully she was okay, but it tore our hearts apart.

10. When Peyton opened the door to leave for prom, and it wasn’t Lucas.

It was crazy Derek, the worst possible person that could be on her doorstep.

11. When Nathan gets kidnapped.

Naley is the center of the show, and we can’t have Naley without Nathan. Plus Jamie can’t go without a dad, totally not fair.

12. When Quinn and Clay get shot.

To our relief, they live, but they sat there like that for days.

13. When Quentin Fields gets shot.

He stole our hearts when he interacted with Jamie, and all the sudden, he was gone, and far too soon.

14. When Brooke is attacked in her Clothes over Bros store.

I mean, it drove us crazy that she never told anyone. Every time we saw the bruises it broke our hearts more.

15. When Julian leaves his kid in the car on a hot day.

The call from Brooke made our hearts drop, we never understood how that could happen.

16. When Lucas tells Peyton he hates her.

We all knew he didn't mean it, but it still hurt our hearts to hear.

17. When Jamie and Brooke are stuck in the car that gets ran off the bridge.

Our favorite god-mother, god-son duo. The way Julian had to leave Brooke behind to save Jamie first because he was just a kid was just terrible to watch.

18. The last episode.

It was a perfect ending, but it broke our hearts to see it end.

One Tree Hill was a rollercoaster of ups and downs, but it was everything you would expect a great T.V show to be. A story of friendships, family, and romance, and growing to be the best version of yourself.

"Friends" maybe didn’t have everything right or realistic all the time, but they did have enough episodes to create countless reaction GIFs and enough awesomeness to create, well, the legacy they did. Something else that is timeless, a little rough, but memorable? Living away from the comforts of home. Whether you have an apartment, a dorm, your first house, or some sort of residence that is not the house you grew up in, I’m sure you can relate to most of these!

There is nothing quite like family.

Family is kinda like that one ex that you always find yourself running back to (except without all the regret and the angsty breakup texts that come along with it).

No matter how long your class is, there's always time for the mind to wander. Much like taking a shower or trying to fall asleep, sitting in a classroom can be a time when you get some of your best ideas. But, more than likely, you're probably just trying to mentally cope with listening to a boring lecturer drone on and on. Perhaps some of the following Aristotle-esque thoughts have popped into your head during class.

Advice To Live By As Told By Bob's Burgers

The Belchers hold the key to a better life.

Bob's Burgers is arguably one of the best and most well-written shows on tv today. That, and it's just plain hilarious. From Louise's crazy antics to Tina's deadpan self-confidence, whether they are planning ways to take over school or craft better burgers, the Belchers know how to have fun. They may not be anywhere close to organized or put together, but they do offer up some wise words once and awhile.

We're in college, none of us actually have anything together. In fact, not having anything together is one of our biggest stressors. However, there's a few little things that we do ever so often that actually make us feel like we have our lives together.

1. Making yourself dinner

And no this does not include ramen or Annie's Mac & Cheese. Making a decent meal for yourself is one of the most adult things you can do living on campus. And the food is much better than it would be at the dining hall.
