18 College Experiences As Told By "The Bachelor"
The Real Mr. Housewife

We all know and love Bachelor nation, from "The Bachelor" all the way to "Bachelor in Paradise" and as hard as it may be to accept, we can admit to a little of the crazy. Sometimes while I'm watching these shows (since I am a die hard fan and just a little bit obsessed in a weird way) I can quietly relate to some of the people. Sometimes I can even relate to, dare I say, Chad! Yikes! Here are the many different ways Bachelor Nation accurately represents college life!

1. You ever meet that one person that just bothers you?

No matter how hard you try to like them and be civil, they just do something to annoy you even more. Unlike Kaitlyn, I think I can contain my face a little... or at least I hope can!

2. When no one touches the leftovers you kept in the fridge.

Let's be honest, I was looking forward to that day old pizza.

3. Looking at prices for textbooks be like:

I know Olivia, I'm shocked too. I could have used that extra $200 on food.

4. That moment when you just know someone's story is bullsh***.

Alright Becky, we get it we get it, you totally taught your dog how to fly over break!

5. There is always that one person you never take literally.

Uh...right...got it!

6. When school becomes too overwhelming and the weekend hits.

I just need a whole glass... I mean bottle to get me through.

7. When you do something embarrassing during a party and hope everyone forgets.

I'll just casually come back tomorrow night and pretend nothing happened.

8. That feeling you get when you mess up your words when talking.

Sorry Olivia, you were just too relatable.. that is until you went a little off the wagon and thought Ben was in love with you.

9. You ever just...?

This is it, the relatable Chad moment you have all been waiting for, bet you all thought I couldn't find one.

10. When you tell your boyfriend to go have fun with his boys.

Hahahaha just kidding... maybe...

11. Getting good news and being overly excited.

Whether it be that your crush finally noticed you or that you see your food coming at dinner, we all have these jittery moments.

12. Looking at some of your grades like:

Lol.. same Ben Z. same!

13. When the semester ends and you make it out alive but realize that a new semester is just on the horizon.

*cries silently while checking Blackboard*

14. Mom.. I'm home! "Well, good, now you can finally do this, this and that."

"Oh sweetie, should I mention the weight gain or...? (haha love you mommy! I know you're reading this)

15. That sinking feeling you get when the professor tells you the exam is cumulative.

Its all good, just like JoJo's mom I'll take that bottle of wine like a champ.

16. Wanting to be healthy and exercise more.

I think Becca and JoJo got the right idea!

17. When another boy plays with your head.

For all you non-bachelor fans! Ben Higgins told JoJo he loved her and then proposed to another girl. Lets get a toast for all the ladies who have been heart broken!

18. Being in college is kind of like:

No but seriously, this is probably the most accurate one.

girl with a hat

This is for the girls who have dealt with an emotionally, mentally, physically or verbally abusive father.

The ones who have grown up with a false lens of what love is and how relationships should be. The ones who have cried themselves to sleep wondering why he hurts you and your family so much. This is for all the girls who fall in love with broken boys that carry baggage bigger than their own, thinking it's their job to heal them because you watched your mother do the same.

Blair Waldorf Quote
"DESTINY IS FOR LOSERS. IT'S JUST A STUPID EXCUSE TO WAIT FOR THINGS TO HAPPEN INSTEAD OF MAKING THEM HAPPEN." - BLAIR WALDORF.

The world stopped in 2012 when our beloved show "Gossip Girl" ended. For six straight years, we would all tune in every Monday at 9:00 p.m. to see Upper Eastside royalty in the form of a Burberry headband clad Blair Waldorf. Blair was the big sister that we all loved to hate. How could we ever forget the epic showdowns between her and her frenemy Serena Van Der Woodsen? Or the time she banished Georgina Sparks to a Christian summer camp? How about that time when she and her girls took down Bart Bass? Blair is life. She's taught us how to dress, how to be ambitious, and most importantly, how to throw the perfect shade.

too tired to care

We've all been there. From move-in day to the first finals week in college, your first term is an adventure from start to finish. In honor of college decisions coming out recently, I want to recap some of the most common experiences college freshmen experience.

1. The awkward hellos on move-in day.

You're moving your stuff onto your floor, and you will encounter people you don't know yet in the hallway. They live on your floor, so you'll awkwardly smile and maybe introduce yourself. As you walk away, you will wonder if they will ever speak to you again, but don't worry, there's a good chance that you will make some great friends on your floor!

Samantha Sigsworth

Recently I completed my freshman year of college, and boy, what an experience. It was a completely new learning environment and I can't believe how much I learned. In an effort to save time, here are the ten biggest lessons I learned from my first year of college.

1. Everyone is in the same boat

For me, the scariest part of starting school was that I was alone, that I wouldn't be able to make any friends and that I would stick out. Despite being told time and time again that everyone had these same feelings, it didn't really click until the first day when I saw all the other freshman looking as uneasy and uncomfortable as me. Therefore, I cannot stress this enough, everyone is feeling as nervous as you.
