2017 has promised to be a great year. (Anything is better than 2016) So this year, make some small resolutions and stick to them! Spend time with loved ones and do the things that make you happy. Stop stressing about the small stuff and focus on the big picture. These 17 things will help you have the most stress-free year yet.

1. Let go of old grudges.


2. Spend time with your family and loved ones.


3. Set goals for yourself- and stay on track!



4. Work out.


5. Be a better person.

6. Volunteer for something you care about.

7. Do something on a whim.


8. Do something you’ve always dreamed of doing.



9. Spend time in nature- hike, walk, climb, or just sit outside with a good book.



10. Reconnect with old friends.



11. Explore your town.



12. Take time for daily reflection.



13. Keep a journal (daily, weekly, monthly) or a “good day” jar.



14. Conquer your fears.



15. Spend one-on-one time with your friends.

16. Make some ~crazy~ fun plans and stick to them!

Ask friends of mine to name a quality about me, and one a lot them will point out the fact that I am almost always smiling.
