2. When you have to give yourself a pep talk before telling the hockey house to turn their music down.

3. When your residents burn popcorn at 2:00 AM on a Tuesday.

4. When someone asks why the cable isn't fixed yet.

5. When you're at a bar and your underage residents walk in.

6. When you successfully mediate a roommate conflict.

7. When it all becomes too much and you break down during Saturday night duty,

8. When you hear your freshman residents complaining about too much homework.

9. When you check the communal bathroom on a Friday night.

10. When you're overly enthusiastic about educating your residents on safe sex.

11. When you're too busy checking in on everyone else and have to remember yourself too.

12. When someone asks how long you spent on the new door tags.

13. When your non-RA friends tell you it's gonna be ok.
