Great deals and a great trivia category every week! If you win you and your team get a gift card! Check out their Facebook page for their updates!


4. Dog Central

The best hot dogs and the best late night meal. Absolutely anything you could want on a hot dog! They also have a $5 deal on Tuesdays that you can't beat for dinner.

Camping, trails, disc golf, bridges and swings. $6 for your car and that'll last you all day!

The first time I went, I was amazed by the talent. Enjoy great food and drink deals and listen to some live some music!

Even if you're not in a sorority or fraternity there are so many ways to get involved!

Two words: CIDER. DONUTS.


13. Attend Sporting Events

And not just a football game... There's sixteen teams on campus -- Look up a schedule! They're all so much fun and there are always giveaways!


14. Float down the Chip River

Grab an $8 float at MC Sport, a cooler, and head downtown to catch the Chip River. You can get in and out wherever you want -- it's a great time, with great friends, in great weather.


15. Special Olympics -- Michigan

One of the best experiences I've had so far! Thousands of athletes come to compete and their gratitude for your willingness to volunteer is unforgettable.

It's a must! There are so many events throughout the weekend-- you can get involved with a Student Organization, catch some free music, entertainment, food, rides, giveaways and so much more! Also not a bad weekend to take a walk down Main Street and see what's going on!

I have nothing to say besides you have to experience it at least once.

College is super hard. Between working, studying, and having a social life, it feels like a struggle to just keep afloat.

I understand. When you feel like your drowning and there's no way to stay afloat I understand that it feels like everyone else is doing just fine. I understand all the frustration, long nights in the library, and that feeling that you want to just throw in the towel. I understand that sometimes it's too hard to get out of bed because your brain is already filled with too much information to remember. I understand because I am also feeling pretty burnt out.

Some of the best advice I've ever received was from my social studies teacher in sophomore year of high school. He stated, "If you don't know it at midnight, you're not going to know it for the 8 a.m. exam, so get some sleep."

It's such a simple piece of advice, but it holds so much accuracy and it's something that the majority of college students need to hear and listen to. "All-nighters" are a commonality on college campuses in order to cram in studying for an exam that is typically the next day.
