17 Signs YOU Are The Mom In Your Friend Group

Let's face it. Every group of friends has that one person who unknowingly steps up to the plate as the mom of the group. We need a central balance and having a "mom" in the group helps us with that. Chances are, if you get at least 15 of these, you're a definite mom.

1. Texting "Be careful. Make good choices."

As I typed this, my mother's voice popped into my head.

2. You always check on your friends.

(Especially after a night out, you have to make sure they made it back safely.)

3. You reply immediately once your friends ask for a favor, no matter what you're doing.

"Sistas before Mistas."

4. Smart Grocery Shopper

You know the ins and outs of intelligent shopping. (Extreme Couponer.)

5. Clean House

You make sure that before guests arrive to your house, it is spotless and presentable.

6. You are always promoting safety.

Sometimes you'll sound like a broken record tape, but it's worth it.

7. You are always the Designated Driver.

Your job at parties is to make sure everyone is okay and gets home safely.

8. Overreacting to late messages.

Are you dead??

9. You plan out your day and make sure hang-outs are well thought out.

Everything has to go AS PLANNED.

10. You leave your friends motivational notes on their important days.

11. You scope out your friend's new beau.

You have to make sure he's good enough for her.

12. You're the go-to for hard-truthful advice.

Truth hurts sometimes.

13. You are always up for pep-talks.

You know the perfect times when your friend needs a good talking to.

14. You remind your friends of things they have to do throughout the day.

No fun until everything is done.

15. Your friends needs come before your own.

It's kind of an immediate response to when your friend needs anything.

16. You feel like a proud mother when your best friend gets offered a great opportunity.

Wait, are we two people or one... because I am just as excited.

17. Your friends tell you you remind them of their mom sometimes.

THIS IS THE ULTIMATE MOM SIGN.

Tiana would no doubt be disappointed in the food our cafeteria has to offer.

And hopefully she would cook for everyone in her dorm.
