What is all this commotion about Boston, honestly? Those thoughts may have crossed your mind in the past, and unless you don't already know the truth, let me tell you why Boston is hands-down the greatest city in our great nation.

1. The sports teams loyalty

Between the Red Sox, the Bruins, the Celtics and the Patriots, Boston has an enormous sense of pride and comradery for its beloved sports teams. You can see it in the hats and shirts sported by tourists and locals alike and in the lights and billboards scattering the city.

2. Mike's Pastries

A Boston classic, famous for its tasty, traditional Italian pastries, such as cannolis, gelato and marzipan. They also carry cakes, pies and cookies that have proved to be the best in Boston.

3. Fenway Park

Where best to enjoy America's favorite pastime than the oldest and most historical stadium in the country? The Fenway Franks are a classic, and enthusiasm from the fans provide the quintessential baseball experience.

4. The city's history

With all the old cemeteries, monuments and museums scattered through the city, you're bound to happen across something historic.

5. Boston Public Garden

The gorgeous public garden is right smack in the heart of the city and provides Swan Boat rides in the summer and ice skating at Frog Pond in the winter.

6. The North End

The best Italian food in all of Boston can be found in the North End, and the night life and scenery is top notch.

7. Duck Boats

Honestly, there's nothing more fun than sitting in a boat/car hybrid, honking a duck horn and enjoying all the sights Boston has to offer.

8. Museums

The Museum of Fine Arts and the Museum of Science are some big-name Boston attractions, but the city actually boasts 40 more different museums celebrating art, history and culture, such as the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum and the Institute of Contemporary Art.

9. The Boston Public Library

I still remember first visiting the massive public library when I was just 10 for a Nancy Drew convention (yes, I was a total dork) and being awestruck by the beauty and scale of the historic library. Just don't use the public restrooms. Go next door to Copley Plaza.

10. The fresh markets

From Copley to Haymarket to Boston Public, the seasonal and year-round markets across the city provide a range of fresh produce and local artistry to anyone in the city. Seriously, you can get fresh flowers, and then hop on over to the next stall and indulge in some artisan maple syrup, and across the way, you'll find homemade candles and bird feeders. It's a lot of fun.

11. Boston Harbor

From the cruises to the kayak rentals, there are plenty of ways to enjoy the harbor, and the seafood at the restaurants on the water is excellent, as well.

12. It's the setting for "Fallout 4"

The awesome and hugely popular video game is, indeed, set in Boston, which is quite fun for any locals.

13. Franklin Park Zoo

Look, there's no denying everyone loves the zoo. No matter your age, you can't avoid looking at the new Nigerian dwarf goat named Chewbacca and just melt.

14. Boston Comic Con

The Boston Comic Con has been growing steadily in popularity since it began in 2007, and this year, the celebrity guest list will include "Star Trek's" William Shatner and "Doctor Who's" Jenna Coleman!

15. The colleges

Boston is, at its heart, a college town. There's Boston University and MIT, and Harvard is just a train stop away.

16. It's the setting for many iconic films

Some of the incredible films shot and set in Boston include "The Departed," "Good Will Hunting," "The Fighter," "Spotlight," "The Town" and both "Ted" and "Ted 2!" Not too shabby!

17. The Bostonian pride

There's no way around it, Bostonians love their city. The community of Boston will come together in triumph and in tragedy, especially when the Red Sox are winning.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!

RBF, or resting b*tch face, is a serious condition that many people suffer from worldwide. Suffers are often bombarded with daily questions such as "Are you OK?" and "Why are you so mad?" If you have RBF, you've probably had numerous people tell you to "just smile!"

While this question trend can get annoying, there are a couple of pros to having RBF.

Yify

Another day, another Elle Woods comment. Can’t us blondes get through the day without someone harping at us over the typical stereotypes about who we are? I never understood why a person was judged based upon the hair color they were born with, or the hair color they choose to have (unless you dye your hair blue like Kylie Jenner, I’m still trying to understand why that’s a trend). Nevertheless, as it should be assumed, not everyone is the same. Not all blondes like bright colors and Lilly Pulitzer, and not all blondes claim to identify with Marilyn Monroe. I think the best suggestion to give to people before they make such radical claims is to stop judging a book by its cover. Or in this case, stop judging a blonde by her hair color.
