It's no secret that the vast majority of us are a little too excited for 2017 to arrive so that we can kiss 2016 GOODBYE! We all have so much to look forward to this year. Here are 17 things I am most excited about.

1. I am another year wiser.

2. Tax returns are right around the corner!

3. A new semester, a fresh start.

4. I've set specific goals for myself.

5. I've eliminated toxic people from my life.

6. I know the kind of person I want to be, and I'll work to be her until I get there!

7. I am surrounded by the best friends and family.

8. I have career goals!

9. My motivation for school is at an all time high.

10. It's an odd year... everyone knows odd years trump even years.

11. New presidency (stay positive on this one, people)

12. A better football season for the Spartans

13. New trends and fads to have fun with.

14. Our country continues to make huge progress with social equalities for all, 2017 will be big for everyone!

15. A whole year worth of awesome adventures ahead.

16. An entire year to top all of the best memories.

17. A FRESH START!

Let's go into 2017 with positive attitudes. :)

Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.
