5. Camp goggles


6. Your mom ironing your name into everything you own


7. You have posted on Facebook " Hey I'm going to camp this summer! Write to me at..."


8. Dreading your life, because it is summer and you have to wake up early


9. Not participating in any activities, so you can just sit and make friendship bracelets


10. " Wonderwall", "The General", "Leaving on a Jet Plane", "Father and Son", and "Cats in the Cradle"


11. Learning inaccurate things about sex from your friends


12. You were a CIT/SIT and you thought you were a huge deal


13. Guys who play the guitar >>>>>>


14. You've done the whole mosquito thing and you're over it


15. You treasure any gear you may have gotten from camp


16. Someone's parent definitely called camp to make sure they didn't die

Your eyes widen in horror as you stare at your phone. Beads of sweat begin to saturate your palm as your fingers tremble in fear. The illuminated screen reads, "Missed Call: Mom."

Growing up with strict parents, you learn that a few things go unsaid. Manners are everything. Never talk back. Do as you're told without question. Most importantly, you develop a system and catch on to these quirks that strict parents have so that you can play their game and do what you want.
