"Full House" was one of the greatest sitcoms to grow up with for most '90s babies. I mean, what other show has a house with two staircases that lead to the same hallway with nine people living under the same roof? This show filled my childhood with many laughs, heartwarming moments, tears, and most of all, joy. Although this show was a form of entertainment throughout my entire childhood, it carried much more than an average television show. "Full House" brought me many life lessons that are still valuable in my life today.
Lesson 1
Hugs are always a must in the Tanner household. It's like Danny Tanner says: "I'm a lean, mean hugging machine."
Lesson 2
Never walk around a table with a Greek boy because you could end up unknowingly married. D.J. experienced this when her uncle Jessie’s family came into town.
Lesson 3
Lying to your parents never has a good outcome. They will find out that you drove their car through the kitchen and will find out if you put a hole in their wall. Parents always end up finding out everything one way or another. So if you think you’re going to get away with something, you're not.
Lesson 4
Never go skydiving before your wedding because you could end up in a truck full of tomatoes and then your fiancé will have to bail you out of jail on your wedding day.
Lesson 5
It is good to have a cleaning schedule and it is always appropriate to clean your rubber gloves.
Lesson 6
It is important to save your money even if the ice cream man comes by.
Lesson 7
Sometimes you just have to break the rules and stand up for yourself.
Lesson 8
Always ask the person what is going on because they cannot read your mind that you needed diapers.
Lesson 9
It is important to say thank you to anyone. Stephanie was not very pleased that Michelle made her a sandwich that was inside out even though Michelle did not have to make her something to eat at all.
Lesson 10
Cookies and ice cream are very important. They are a food group in Michelle Tanner’s eyes so they must be significant.
Lesson 11
Having great hair is very important to a healthy lifestyle.
Lesson 12
Wearing less makeup is the way to wear makeup, according to Auntie Becky
Lesson 13
Having a catch phrase is a necessity
Lesson 14
Sharing with anyone is the right thing to do. When the Tanner family traveled to Disney World, Michelle won princess for a day, but by the end of the day she gave her crown to her sister Stephanie.
Lesson 15
Your parents always know what is best for you when it comes to your relationships.
Lesson 16
Family is everything and they will always be there for you.
