Cape May, New Jersey is one of my favorite places on Earth. My family and I have been visiting this popular vacation destination almost every summer, so we've experienced some of the greatest things Cape May and the surrounding area has to offer. Here are a few places to visit and things to do on your next trip to Cape May, New Jersey!

1. Go to the beach! (duh)

2. Grab some ice cream.

Some favorites include Kohr Bros., Ben & Jerry's and Bonnie's Toppings!

3. Shop at Washington Square Mall.

4. Climb to the top of the Cape May Lighthouse.

5. Take a horse and carriage ride.

Find them at the Washington Street Mall!

6. Take a ghost tour of the haunted Victorian houses.

7. Get some crepes and smoothies from Chill.

8. Get a hot dog from Hot Dog Tommy's.

I recommend the MacCrunch dog. It's my favorite!

9. Gotta have a Wawa!

10. Go on a dolphin/whale watch tour.

11. Go parasailing.

12. Go to the Cape May County Zoo.

13. Go to the NASW Aviation Museum.

14. Play Mini-Golf.

15. Eat on The Schooner at The Lobster House.

16. Take a trip to the Cape May Fire Department Museum.

You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.
