If you've ever heard the saying "it's the little things" then you know how true it is. In life sometimes people forget that it's the simplest of things that warm a person's heart. Whether it's a family member, a girlfriend, a boyfriend, a best friend, whoever; when you care about someone there are questions that they'd really love to be asked, whether or not they want to admit it.

1. Did you eat today?

2. How was your day?

3. Did you sleep good last night?

4. What's on your mind?

5. How are you feeling?

6. Is there anything stressing you out?

7. What can I do to make your day better?

8. What made you laugh today?

9. Are you happy right now?

10. Did you do anything fun today?

11. What was the best thing that happened all day?

12. Did you drink enough water today?

13. Do you need anything?

14. Is there anything you want to talk about?

15. How is your family?

16. Do you know how much I care about you?

I guarantee asking any of these questions will bring a smile to their face, no matter who it is. People like reassurance, they like to know someone out there cares. Do you realize it takes 4 seconds to type out a message and send it? It takes 4 seconds out of your day to make someone else's. How simple is that? Ask questions that show you care, I promise it goes a long way.

18 Things I Want To Do Now That I'm 18

I'm technically an adult, so I'm legally required to live a little, right?

For the entirety of my high school career, I was always seen as the goody-two-shoes. I never got in trouble with a teacher, I kept stellar grades, and when I wasn't doing extracurricular activities, I was at home studying. Even when I did go out, it was usually with a bunch of fellow band geeks. The night would end before 11:00 PM and the only controversial activity would be a fight based on who unfairly won a round of Apples-to-Apples when someone else clearly had a better card (I promise I'm not still holding a grudge).

Now that I'm officially an adult, I want to pursue some new things. I want to experience life in a way that I never allowed myself to do prior to entering college. These are the years that I'm supposed to embark on a journey of self-discovery, so what better way to do that than to create a bucket list?
