If you ever get to visit Italy there are a few things you simply must try:

1. Tiramisu

2. Pizza

This is pizza we had in a bar in Florence, it was by far the best pizza I've had in my entire life (and I'm from Long Island).

3. Suppli al Telefono

4. Gnocchi

Those beautiful pesto covered orbs on the right side of the plate.

5. Cannoli

Especially the ones hand made right in front of your face.

6. Pasta

7. Panini

This one has cream cheese (or as italians call it, "philidelphia"), smoked salmon, cucumbers, and lemon zest on a salted flat roll and it was to die for.

8. Cappucino

9. Caprese

Either in salad or Focaccia form.

10. Gelato

11. Vino* (a.k.a. Wine)

12. Cioccolata Calda

13. Mimosa Cake

An annual speciaty created for International Women's Day.

14. Bruschetta

15. Granita

16. Grappa*

A traditional after dinner drink to "aid in digestion".

*There is no legal drinking age in Italy; however, one must be 18 to purchase alcohol. (Source)

Tiana would no doubt be disappointed in the food our cafeteria has to offer.

And hopefully she would cook for everyone in her dorm.

She definitley would not take any 8:00 am classes because she would be up late baking and cleaning up the communal kitchen that are available in every dorm.
