First off, I will start with the QUEEN of makeup tutorials. Carli has her own blog at www.thebeautybybel.com as well as her own YouTube, filled with fabulous tutorials. She is the master of trying different color schemes, and switches up her routines every so often, giving viewers different ideas on how to change their own morning routine. She recently has come out with her own palettes at just twenty-six years-old, and sometimes posts hair tutorials as well. Watch her youtube videos...her adorable fluffy cat usually makes an appearance in the background!
2. Huda Kattan (@hudabeauty)
Thirty three year-old Huda Kattan is the owner of Huda Beauty. (www.shophudabeauty.com) She generally reposts videos and pictures of other makeup artists using her own products. Her most famous product, the Rose Gold Palette, can be found at Sephora and online. My personal favorite product of hers is her minx faux eyelashes, which can be reused up to 20 times with proper care, and look absolutely fabulous.
3. Maryam Maquillage (@maryamnyc)
She is my absolute favorite makeup artist on Instagram. Maryam makes everything she applies look absolutely effortless (until you try to do it yourself)! She has collaborated with Tarte Cosmetics and has many different videos to learn from, including tutorials on funky eyeshadows and eyeliners, eyebrow hacks, and effortless lip application. 4. Jessica Wong (@glitterinjections)
Jessica Wong is the goddess of glitter and everything sparkly. She is the founder of Glitter Injections, www.glitterinjections.net, a company that produces and sells gorgeous pressed and loose glitter, as well as glitter highlighters and bronzers. They can even be bought in bulk, for anyone who needs extra sparkle. She posts gorgeous pictures of eyes done up with her glitter concoctions. Glitter Injections often has amazing weekend sales, so look out for them!
5. Mari Maria (@marimariamakeup)
Mari Maria is a gorgeous woman from Brazil who makes even more gorgeous tutorials. You can't tell from the picture above, but she has a beautiful face full of freckles, which she does an amazing job covering up when she pleases! She is the master of color correction, using a wide range of colors such as blue, red, green, pink, to experiment with. Watch out for her hair tutorials as well. She often guest stars her mother in her tutorials too!
6. Nikkie Tutorials (@nikkietutorials)
Nikkie Tutorials is one of the most famed makeup artists on social media. Nikkie can successfully pull of ANY look she pleases. She teamed dup with Too Faced to make an amazing product, The Power of Makeup palette. This beauty guru can be found on Youtube @ NikkieTutorials, and at www.nikkietutorials.com!
7. Jony Sios (@jonysios)
Jony is one of my favorite MUAs on Instagram because of how inspired and creative he is! Mostly every single one of his videos has a theme, whether it be a bubblegum princess, a construction worker, Harry Potter, or even a baby...this man SLAYS. And best of all...he's got a YouTube channel in the works!
8. Nicol Concilio (@nicolconcilio)
Nicol Concilio is the queen of non-boring tutorials. Sometimes when I'm watching a video, the person starts to lose me, and I often drift off and lost interest. I never have this issue with Nicol. She speaks to you like she's your friend through the camera, and her makeup skills are impeccable. Her YouTube can be found at @ Nicol Concilio! My favorite look of hers is up above: her gorgeous cranberry lip! She also teamed up with Tarte and released a limited edition brush set.
9. Camila Bravo (@KamilaBravo)
Camila is truly an inspiration. Camila is a beautiful girl of Colombian descent, who really knows her way around a brush. She was one of the lead makeup artists at the Hispanic Choice Awards! 10. Sondjra Deluxe (@sondjradeluxe)
Sondjra is the fiercest makeup artist on Instagram. She's based out of Canada and plays with gorgeous and bold colors, bringing such a powerful look to the table. I mean come on...look at those brows! She can be found on YouTube at @SondjraDeluxe!
11. Ashley Rosales (@itsmuaashley)
Ashley is the queen of lippies. Ashley has become famous for her tutorials on how to effortlessly and beautifully apply lip products. She usually uses a circle Artis brush to apply lip creams and composites by Who Is She Cosmetics (use Ashley's code for a discount in checkout!), but also uses matte lipsticks, including Kylie Lipkits. Be sure to check her out for some satisfying makeup application!
12. Farah Dhukai (@FarahDhukai)
This girl sure knows how to play the system! Farah is a professional beauty hacker, and posts tons of beauty hack tutorials daily! Her videos include different face masks, hair masks, teeth whitening, blemish removing, and lip softening tutorials, as well as some makeup tutorials! She's truly amazing. Her YouTube is @ farahdhukai!
13. Jasmine Ramirez (@infinitelymakeup)
This girl knows how to glow. Jasmine, an alum of UCLA, posts some amazing tutorials and in my opinion, her specialty is highlighting. My favorite trick I've learned from her? Dusting some highlighter on the tip of the nose and the tip of the upper lip, creating a beautiful and natural glow. Peep the adorable pictures on Instagram of her and her fiancee as well!
15. Ling Khactang (@ling.kt)
This girl cracks me up. Ling is known for making silly and ridiculous faces in her makeup tutorials. She adds a bit of a cute and quirky vibe to her gorgeous makeup skills! Check her out for a good laugh. Her YouTube can be found at @ ling.kt!

James Charles is a creative makeup artist at the young age of seventeen. And the best part is, he was recently named the first male Covergirl spokesperson! He joins the list of Covergirl celebrities including Ellen DeGeneres, Katy Perry, and Sofia Vergara. He makes all his looks creative and beautiful, and is super talented for his age.
