Having a girls' night is our way of de-stressing. Experts say that good friendships make you healthier in a lot of ways. Whether we're in someone living room or dancing at the local club, it's bound to be a great night.

These are 16 things that are bound to happen on your girl's night:

1. Getting ready is a planned art form.

It’s the best part of the night. If its a girls' night in, your outfits probably consist leggings and a cotton T-shirt.

2. You take your Instagram/Facebook photos in the beginning of the night.

For obvious reasons.

3. Emotional drunk confessions.

4. Reminiscing.

5. Group Tindering.

It's always hilarious to see the conversations that come out of this.

6. Someone will cry.

The reason could be anything from, "I just love you girls so much" to, "I hate him so much."

7. It time for the group to take on the bathroom.

You will probably try to cram more than on person into a stall. When the line is too long, one or two of you will pee on the side of a building down the block.

8.Someone is bound to call/text their ex.

This is when you take your friend's phone, give her the lecture and she claims to hate you for the whole night.

9. Someone will take off their heels.

Eventually it will be all of you, no biggie right ?

10. Someone wonders off.

This causes a moment of panic until you see her talking to that guy she matched with on Tinder last week.

11. A few casualties happen along the way

A broken phone, lost money, a wardrobe malfunction.

12. A girls' night in look like this

13. We talk about the guys in our lives.

We are analyzing, comparing and contrasting everything; All over a bottle of wine while watching "John Tucker Must Die." Its great, really.

14. When your song comes on.

15. You usually end the night eating fries or pizza.

16. You wake up in the morning looking like this.
