We've all been through it. Freshman year! Walking in as a freshman in college is a great opportunity for many students. We get a chance to start fresh, step out of our comfort zone, meet new people, and find something we are passionate about. Although freshman year is to start anew, there are many ways people will know who the freshman's are, especially if you're a Maverick.

2. When you carry your MavCard around your neck 24/7.
3. You get stuck in the rotating doors in the library.
4. When you believe people are stalking you since you always end up seeing the same people on campus.
5. Joining Greek Life was the best decision.
6. When security waits outside your dorms on weekends trying to get a bust.
7. Is it me? Or is Mankato the windiest city around?
8. We don’t speak of St. Cloud State.
