We all have bad days that can leave us feeling down. Here are some ideas of what to do to feel better after a bad day.

1. Take a long bath or shower.

2. Get all dressed up and eat a good meal at an expensive restaurant.

3. Wear your favorite outfit.

Even if it’s just around your house.

4. Go visit the place that makes you the happiest.

5. Pamper yourself and take some time to relax.

6. Look through old photos and videos of your loved ones.

7.Call a close friend or family member.

Just hearing their voice will help cheer you up.

8. Watch your all-time favorite movie.

It will help you forget your bad day, if only for a few hours.

9.Treat yourself to something you have really been wanting.

10.Exercise to get your endorphins pumping.

11.Read your favorite book or one that you have always wanted to read.

12.Volunteer at an animal shelter and play with the animals

It will give you a sense of purpose, and you get to pet a bunch of cats and dogs.

13. Get stuff done.

It will relieve you of stress and give you a feeling of accomplishment
