With finals week soon approaching (as much as we all try to avoid it) there is no better time than now to be thinking about how to cherish your own mental health. Stress, common in almost every college student, at times can feel overwhelming and insurmountable, yet there are ways to manage it. Everyone finds their own niche in coping with the stress that comes along with school, and life in general.
