15 Ways 'The Parent Trap' Describes Life At Miami

Oxford, Ohio is a special place on the map. Home to Miami University, the four years you spend on this brick campus surrounded by cornfields are some of the best and most iconic years of your life. Nothing could capture these essential and memorable years like another iconic experience: "The Parent Trap." Premiering in 1998, the film became an instant classic to millennials and made Lindsay Lohan a star. While nothing could truly capture the unforgettable experience that is Miami, "The Parent Trap" comes close to representing the essence of love, honor and the great moments that make up our small town of Oxford.

Like Nick and Elizabeth in “The Parent Trap,” no matter how far we away we go when we leave this school, it will always hold a place in our hearts. So here’s to you, Oxford and Miami; you are and always will be the Annie to my Halle and the Peanut Butter to my Oreo.

Some of their antics were funny, some were a little weird but all of them are completely relatable to brothers and sisters everywhere.

Every kid in college and/or high school dreams of summer the moment they walk through the door on the first day back in September.
