Who is Charlie Kelly? The greatest man ever in TV history. The "wild card" of the Gang. The perfect bird lawyer. The doer of Charlie Work at Paddy's Pub. An American hero. I have never related to someone so well, so I wanted to explain it briefly, because I think we are all are somehow Charlie, deep down.
