If there's one thing to know about the Sherlock fandom, it is that we are crazy. And obsessive. And remarkably patient. We wait years for new seasons (which only contain three episodes each) and are relentlessly taunted by Sherlock creators Steven Moffat and Mark Gatiss. But, despite our craziness, the people of Tumblr accept us for who we are. In fact, they do more than that—they encourage us. So today, I count down fifteen times the Sherlock fandom totally won Tumblr. Enjoy!

1. There's a reason he wanted to be a pirate.

What better way to begin our list than with a POTC/Sherlock crossover post? Given the dark nature of the final episode of series four, this is a teeny bit heartbreaking, but still awesome.

2. Six new episodes...

Don't worry. We're all crying, too.

3. The Sherlock Fandom. A.K.A. the Eternally Waiting Fandom.

This one is so true it hurts.

4. Laughing at our pain.

Well... they weren't wrong.

5. Free samples.

Ditto, Euros... I mean Faith. I mean John's therapist. I mean the woman on the bus. Wait.

6. No, no. It's Minecraft.

The best part of this post is the end: the powerhouse of Great Britain.

7. Murder!

This is probably pretty accurate.

8. WE NEED SERIES FIVE.

The people of Tumblr have spoken!

9. Red carpet or drug addict.

Accurate.

10. What life?

This was all of us with series four.

11. Prolonged exposure.

Yep, this pretty much sums the fandom up. Thanks, Tumblr. Spot on.

12. MY FANDOM NEEDS ME.

This one is just straight-up hilarious. (And entirely true. We do need you, Sherlock.)

13. #Not My Division

Fandom! Tone it down. We can't let everyone else know we're this crazy.

14. It's just gravity.

Brilliant. This person couldn't even see the picture and yet they knew it was Sherlock. Fandom, you continue to serve us well.

15. Anderson, don't talk out loud, you lower the IQ of the whole street.

And lastly, for your viewing pleasure, I present you with this sadly accurate post about Anderson. Sorry, buddy. (Not really.)

Here you will find a list of many of the people you will come across in your life, and if you're lucky, you'll be able to give a name to all these characters that you hopefully see day to day. Don't take these friends for granted because they all add a little something to your life, and if you can't name all of them to your personal friends, chances are it might be you...

On the Upper East Side, Blair Waldorf is an icon. She's what every girl aspires to be. She's beautiful, confident, and can handle any obstacle that life throws at her. Sure, she may just be a television character. But for me, she's a role model and theres a lot that can be learned from Queen B.

The Perks of Being a Girl

“I just want you to know that you’re very special… and the only reason I’m telling you is that I don’t know if anyone else ever has.”

As frustrating and annoying as it can be, being a girl is really awesome. We are beautiful inside and out. Not a lot of people may see that, but girls have a ton of amazing qualities.

We have unique flirting skills.

Us girls have a significant way to flirt with other people. Even when we say the most random or awkward things, we have a way of making everything sound cute and planned. It’s just a gift; we’re good like that.

Us college students know all about the struggle of spending the day in the library. Whether you are writing a ten-page paper, studying for a biology exam, or struggling through math homework, you somehow find the strength to get to the library to get it all done. Let's just say you have a lot of different thoughts that run through your head during the many hours you spend in the lovely library.

If you are like me, you have an interesting personality. Basically, you love to be sassy and snarky, gossip, and act like a total bitch (not really), but deep down, you are actually a very genuinely nice person. The idea of actually hurting someone truly makes you feel bad, and you probably have never actually hurt someone’s feelings because your kindness always shines through, even if you do not want it to. Not sure exactly what I would call this type of personality, but if you identify with it, here are some feelings you can undoubtedly relate to.
