If you've seen "Parks and Recreation," you know who Craig is. Craig: the overly eccentric, Eagletonian that ends up working at the Pawnee Parks Department. Craig has a lot of feelings about a lot of things. His over-the-top reactions made for some of the best lines on television. His reactions also give great insight to what life is like as a college student.

1. When you were given such high expectations in high school and when you get to college you're told to chill out.

2. When finals hit and you're not doing well but then they bring therapy dogs to campus.

3. When you haven't had your daily after-class-nap yet.

4. When you have two minutes of class yet and your Prof says "I want to finish these notes before we leave" but you're on slide 34/65.

5. Trying to find a fun, yet simple elective to throw into your schedule .

6. When you have a friend in an artistic major and you get to see some of their work.

7. When all of your professors schedule their tests in the same week.

8. When your parents are ragging on you for your choice of major.

9. Trying to make friends in freshman orientation.

10. When you do all of the work in a group project but everyone else takes credit.

11. When you meet the other people in your major.

12. When you and your friends need a break but can't decide on where to go out.

13. When someone asks how your stress levels are.

14. When you're so insanely proud of your school.

15. And finally, when college just gets to be to much and you have to remind yourself to stay positive.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

As an English Major in college, I have a lot of writing and especially creative writing pieces that I work on throughout the semester and sometimes, I'll find it hard to get the motivation to type a few pages and the thought process that goes behind it. April Ludgate

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
