Chandler Bing: one of the most sarcastic, awkward dorks to ever grace the television screen with his presence. In addition to being one of my personal favorite characters, I also find him to be one of the most relatable. Between his ill-timed humor and perfectly timed sarcasm, Chandler has, at one point or another, represented us all.

1. When you're on Tinder:

Sometimes, you're just desperate. And in moments of desperation, you stoop to any level necessary. Enter Tinder.

2. When your friend needs advice but you just can't deliver:

Sometimes, you really just don't know what to say. Yes, your friends can get a little exasperated with your sarcasm, but it's your own special (albeit unhelpful) way of helping.

3. When you consume far more calories than you know you should:

Look, you've got papers due and exams to study for, and the cookie dough just tastes so good.

4. And then you sit back and realize just how much you ate:

But then you finish the cookie dough and realize that you've already had a milkshake and Chick-fil-A today. Whoops?

5. When you're reading and your friend just won't shut up:

Yes, you love your friends. And yes, you've read this book a thousand and one times. But goddammit Gilbert is proposing to Anne and it is adorable and very important okay?

6. When that annoying kid in class starts to interject his opinion into the lecture:

It's irrelevant. It's irritating. And it's taking up time that could be filled with precious knowledge for that exam tomorrow.

7. When your class gets canceled on a Friday:

Especially when it's the last class of the day. What a gift from the gods, honestly.

8. When you're watching the presidential debates:

Between Trump and his wall (or whatever the latest stupidity is) and Carson and his grain-storing pyramids, you may as well just stop watching the debates.

9. When it's ten o'clock and you realize that paper you haven't started is due at midnight:

Well, shit. It's time to test how fast you can write a three-page paper.

10. When situations get a bit too awkward:

Sometimes things just get extraordinarily uncomfortable, so you try to lighten the mood. It doesn't usually work.

11. When your friend wants you to go with her to the gym:

No. Just, no.

12. When your friends are being adorable and you're third wheeling:

And then you have to awkwardly decide whether to pretend you're not paying attention or to just leave. Or to just own it.

13. When words just keep coming even though you're brain is shouting at you to stop speaking:

You could blame it on a severe lack of sleep, but let's face it. You're never fully coherent.

14. When you see that one person:

Literally everything they do annoys you. They just need to go.

15. When your advisor asks for your four-year plan. And your post-graduate plans:

Woah, I don't even know what I'm having for dinner tonight. Let's stop trying to map out my life.

As college students, we are all familiar with the horror show that is course registration week. Whether you are an incoming freshman or selecting classes for your last semester, I am certain that you can relate to how traumatic this can be.

1. When course schedules are released and you have a conflict between two required classes.

Bonus points if it is more than two.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

April Ludgate

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
