Last week marked the start of my sophomore year of college at Clark University. While I'm excited to be back, the first week of classes is always stressful and I thought I'd share some of the things that went through my head during that hectic week.
1. Oh my God, I'm so tired.
2. Why did I take a 9AM class?
3. *reads one syllabus* Okay this semester won't be too bad.
4. *reads another syllabus* OH CRAP
5. How do you write?
6. How do you take notes?
7. *tries not to roll my eyes at freshmen asking dumb questions because I had the same dumb questions last year*
8. Okay I know this is a political science class but why does everyone want to fight. I just came here to be a nerd.
9. At least all my professors seem cool!
10. I'm going to dread writing all these papers but maybe my future self will thank me for the writing skills? (I'm trying to stay positive)
11. Remember in high school when classes were only 50 minutes?
12. Why did I put all of my classes on Mondays? Why do I hate myself?
13. At least I don't have class on Fridays!
14. Is it fall break yet?
15. I miss my cat.
