It's final season; that time of year when life becomes an emotional roller coaster and your head has the permanent spins. When finals hit, they never fail to hit hard. We think we can take one day at a time and calmly tackle each one as they come but that is never the case. Finals arrive and we automatically go into panic mode, because it is our last chance to turn those not so promising grades into something acceptable. Here is 15 times Annie from "Bridesmaids" has accurately described what we were feeling during finals.
1. Arriving to class after you stayed up all night trying to study and yet you're still not prepared for the test.
2. When you begin to take the test, and quickly realize that you don't recognize any of the material.
3. You text that one friend who just took the test the day before you and she tells you it was so easy, and it ends up being the hardest one yet.
4. After you finish the test, you go back and check your notes for that one question that had you stumped and you realized you got it wrong.
5. When the teacher tells you to put your notes away, and you beg for just 5 more minutes because those 5 minutes will determine if you get an A or not.
6. You secretly love short answers because it is easier to pretend you know more about the subject than you actually do.
7. Knowing you didn't do well on the test and now probably wont graduate, meaning you'll never get a job or make money.
8. You see that one kid who finishes the test an hour early and confidently hands it in while you're still on the second question.
9. After the test is over you immediately compare your answers with your friend to reassure you both did well, but then you end up having very different answers.
10. You go to hand in your test, hoping your teaching will grade sparingly or at least email you with an extra credit assignment later that day.
11. Giving yourself a pep talk right before the test to tell yourself you can handle it and don't need anyone's emotional support.12. You start to picture how your mom is going to react when you tell her it didn't go as well as you had hoped..
13. Getting to that one question and thinking you'll just skip it, the answer will come to you later, when you know you definitely won't ever remember it.
14. Looking around the room hoping to make eye contact with someone that thinks it's just as hard as you do.
15. Finally turning in the last of your finals
