You can get your cutest game-day outfit and go watch your favorite team get a W with thousands of your closest friends!

This is more a more unusual tradition but if done with the right people can be a really great time! Go to a local farm, pick some apples with your friends, and then go home and make an apple pie.

3. Go to a pumpkin patch

This is the perfect setting for all your cute fall pictures. Have fun picking out the biggest and best-looking pumpkin.

4. Carving a pumpkin

After you're done at the pumpkin patch, you can take your pumpkin and look up the coolest designs to either carve or paint on your pumpkin. For extra fun, cook the pumpkin seeds with sugar or salt and have a yummy fall-flavored snack.

5. Go on a hike

Pick up some friends and take a hike to see all the beautiful leaves changing colors.

6. Get your favorite seasonal drink at Starbucks

You know exactly what cookies I'm talking about. You know fall is here when you see those delicious cookies with the ghosts and pumpkins on them. Go to Walmart, stock up, and eat as many as you can while they're in season.

8. Go to a haunted house

It's almost time for Halloween and what better way to celebrate than to scare yourself! Put on your favorite sweater, get a date, and have a blast getting scared by creepy clowns and scary zombies.

9. Watch your favorite Halloween movies

Have a fun night at home watching your favorite movies with friends. Whether its Hocus Pocus or Nightmare on Elm Street, this is guaranteed to get you in the fall mood.

11. Go to a Halloween party

It's finally Halloween and since we're apparently "too old" for trick or treating, you might as well go to an awesome party with friends. Look for the best costume and enjoy the spookiest night of the year!

12. Eat candy

Just because you're too old to do trick or treating doesn't mean you can't eat your weight in candy! Go buy your favorite treat and enjoy it while you can before you remember your looming dentist appointment.

13. Go to the fair

There is bound to be a local fair going on somewhere close by where you can get your fill of cotton candy, funnel cake, and rickety old Ferris wheels.

14. Have a bonfire

Get your comfy hoodie and jeans on and go hang out with your friends beside a bonfire. Nothing better than a fire warming you on a chilly night surrounded by laughs and all your closest friends.

15. Go on a hayride

This the perfect place to have lots of laughs and cuddle with your friends or signifigant other while you enjoy the perfect fall weather.

Taylor Swift in orange dress playing a moss-covered piano on stage with bright lights.

A three-and-a-half-hour runtime. Nine Eras. Eleven outfit changes. Three surprise songs. Zero breaks. One unforgettable evening. In the past century, no other performer has put on an electric performance quite like Taylor Swift, surpassing her fans ‘wildest dreams’. It is the reason supporters keep coming back to her shows each year. Days later, I’m still in awe of the spectacle ‘Miss Americana’ puts on every few days in a new city. And, like one of Taylor’s exes, has me smiling as I reminisce about the memories of the night we spent together.

Today I started my third week of college at Minnesota State Moorhead. I have survived welcome week, finding my classes on the first day, and being an awkward loner in the dining hall. Getting involved during your college years can help you make friends, build your resume, and feel connected to your campus. However, these commitments can get stressful if you're dealing with personal issues, need to work, or aren't sure how to balance classes and everything else going on during the semester.

In college, one of the essential things to have is friends. Yes, textbooks, a laptop, and other school supplies are important but friends are essential. Friends are that support system everybody needs. The more friends you have the better the support system you have. But you also have someone to share experiences with. And don’t settle for just one or two friends because 8 out of 10 times they are busy and you are studying all alone. Or they have other friend groups that do not include you. Don’t settle for just one or two friends; make as many friends as you can. After the first couple of weeks of college, most friend groups are set and you may be without friends.

For a moment your world is spinning. The phone alarm has just scared you awake and you’re flooded by daunting thoughts of the day ahead. You have three assignments due and little time to work on them because of your job. You’re running late because you’ve hit snooze one to many times after yesterday’s long hours.
