We’ve all been there, dreading a paper, having no clue where to start. Thinking of every possible thing you could do without writing it, while still feeling a little productive. Well, think no further. Here are 15 things you can do instead of writing it.

1. Clean your room.

That's one way to look at it, Anna.

2. Do your hair and makeup.

Try that new make-up tutorial or hairstyle -- at least you'll look good when you finally start your paper.

3. Reminisce and go through old pictures.

This is a great time blower... so many. #tbts

4. Put 743,289 things into your cart on Amazon.

Amazon has literally everything.

5. Google pictures of funny animals.

You won't be disappointed.

6. Do some squats.

Easy way to be productive in a way that doesn't involve writing!

7. Make memes using funny pictures of your friends.

Tip: Avoid quiet areas because you will be laughing obnoxiously.

8. Find a fire Spotify station.

There are so many stations out there. I promise you'll find the perfect one to study to.

9. Use the bee filter on Snapchat.

The voice change makes anything sound funny...

10. Watch a compilation of funny scenes from "The Office."

Or whatever your fav funny show is (but I highly suggest "The Office").

11. Creep on your own social media.

Look back five years into Facebook to see all the statuses that end in "txt it <3"

12. Get Starbucks.

Coffee makes anything and everything better in life.

13. Watch an episode of "Chopped" (or 4).

Get your creative juices flowin' to write that paper... aka Chopped is amazing.

14. Take a power nap.

15-20 minutes ideally... but let's be honest.

15. Accidentally fall asleep without starting your paper at all!

Well, at least you tried (kind of).

So your night probably won’t end with a well written paper, but you will have a slightly more toned butt, and know how to properly cook that weird fruit thing in the "Chopped" basket.

As college students, we are all familiar with the horror show that is course registration week. Whether you are an incoming freshman or selecting classes for your last semester, I am certain that you can relate to how traumatic this can be.

1. When course schedules are released and you have a conflict between two required classes.

Bonus points if it is more than two.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

April Ludgate

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
