Now that the last stressful week of finals is over, we're officially on summer break. There's a whole new world of things to do that don't involve studying! Here are 15 ways to start enjoying your summer now that finals have finished:

1. Sleep. Seriously, so much sleep.

2. Eat food that isn't completely over-processed and unhealthy.

3. Have a bonfire with the $300 textbook that the bookstore won't buy back.

4. Immerse yourself in video games.

5. Enjoy being back at home, in your own bedroom.

6. Catch up on your favorite shows.

7. Cuddle your pets.

8. Avoid family members who will ask if you're dating someone yet.

9. Avoid family members who will ask about your post-graduation plans.

10. Eat food that is completely over-processed and unhealthy, but is homemade.

11. Go to the beach.

12. Hang out with old high school friends.

13. Feel free to be loud and obnoxious in your own room because you don't have a roommate anymore.

14. Procrastinate your summer job search.

15. Binge on Netflix.

You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.
