A close friend group is now known to millennials as a "squad." They are very common nowadays and many people in high school and college belong to one. Whether it's three people or 20, your squad will have your back and you'll have theirs. It doesn't matter if you like the term or not, there's a high chance that you are a part of a squad and contribute to its diversity.

1. How unorganized the group chat is and that everyone's just talking to themselves.


2. The difficulty of making plans that everyone can attend so the group chat looks like this.

3. And finally plans are made but not everyone can go so you have to make a new group chat for those who are going.

4. When you're the 'mom-friend' and everyone wants to go out and you know you'll have to be the designated driver.

5. The friend who always talks about irrelevant stuff and gets mad because no one understands or cares.

6. When you all get together for the first time in a while.

7. That eventually the roaster will become the roastee.

8. The different personalities that you all have but how amazing all your friendships are.

9. When you accidentally send a text meant only for one person to the group chat.

10. Trying to find something to do that doesn't involve money because a majority of you are poor.

11. Never getting a selfie that everyone approves of.

12. Knowing your relationship doesn't include just two people, but all your friends as well.

13. And that when you break up, they will all undoubtedly be there with ice cream and a shoulder to cry on.

14. When you're getting ready to go out and you all need to look on point.

15. Knowing that no matter what, they will always be there for you.
