Simple pleasures are the things in life that make me smile at the end of the day. They don't happen very often, but when they do happen, they're really special. They're the things that bring unexpected happiness and never fail to put a smile on my face.

1. Opening up a brand new box of crayons

2. Falling asleep during a thunderstorm

3. Smelling/walking over freshly cut grass

4. Getting a pull-through parking spot

5. Climbing into a freshly made bed with clean sheets

6. Looking at the clock in the middle of the night and realizing you still have more time to sleep

7. Licking the brownie batter off the bowl

8. Finding a good song and then it becomes really popular a few months later but you already know all of the words

9. Making every green light while driving

10. Finding money in a coat that's been hanging in the closet half the year

11. Understanding math homework

12. Putting on clothes right when they get out of the dryer

13. Holding a sleeping baby

14. Driving with the windows down the first day it's warm enough

15. Checking everything off your to-do list
