The world may be obsessed with technology, but there are still those of us who love to read a good book. If you get a surge of excitement when holding a brand new book and get overly eager to flip through the pages to uncover the world that lies in it, then you, my friend, are a true bookworm.

1. You connect with the characters in the book on a deep level

2. You like these characters more than real life people

3. You can't wait to get home to read the new book you just got

4. You love the smell of new books

5. You prefer holding a book than reading one off of an e-reader

6. You can finish reading a book super fast, especially if you're very attached

7. The first thing you pack for vacation is a book (or books)

8. When you fall in love with a book so much, you beg your friends to read it as well

9. The bookstore is your happy place

10. You can only trust your very close friends with borrowing your books

11. You hate it when people interrupt you while you're reading

12. You go into a deep depression after you finished a really good book

13. You sometimes (more like always) imagine yourself as the main character

14. The books are always better than the movies

15. You escape reality when you're reading
