Halloween is in the past and Thanksgiving is near, but the ONLY thing you can think of is Christmas. You imagine the semester being over, going home and enjoying the holidays. Your mind is skipping a holiday, Thanksgiving, but you don't care. Here are 15 signs that you're ready for Christmas cookies and hot chocolate.

1. On November 1st, you automatically started listening to Christmas music.

2. You're already thinking about getting an ugly and tacky Christmas sweater.

3. Seeing Christmas decorations at the store brings you joy.

4. Or you already bought a Christmas tree and decorations.

5. Instead of thinking about Thanksgiving food, you want to know what your family is making for Christmas.

6. You're excited for the Starbucks holiday cups.

7. You started buying hot cocoa, even though it's hot outside.

8. And you're ready to make Christmas cookies.

9. You started dressing up your pets in sweaters and hats.

10. You started buying Christmas-scented candles.

11. You have a secret Christmas countdown.

12. You started a DIY holiday-themed board on Pinterest.

13. You're already watching Christmas movies on Netflix.

14. You're hoping for a white Christmas, even though it's Texas, so it doesn't snow.

15. Most importantly, knowing that you're going home (after a long semester) for the holidays and seeing your family and loved ones keeps you motivated.

Before you know it, the holidays will be here, then another whole year of waiting for the season to come. If you haven't already, start your Christmas countdown and get into the holiday spirit!

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
