Going to school at The University of Michigan comes with a whole new life and culture living on campus and in Ann Arbor. Within just a few months of attending Michigan, I've witnessed myself and friends fall pressure to developing habits that the rest of the students have. Local spots and restaurants have gained our devotion and spending money. Traditions have become normal, everyday life to us, and we've divulged ourselves into the atmosphere. Here are some signs you go to the University of Michigan (I'm sure you can relate if you're as basic as I am....t)

1. You’ve learned to hate Ohio State and the color red.

2. You dream of taking Jabrill Peppers to date party.

3. Not even a line around the corner on a cold November day could stop you from getting Zimmerman's.

4. Pizza house has your number and address on file.

5. You go to the fishbowl to find a computer, not a fish.

6. Or you go to Charley's to buy your own fishbowl.

7. You would never dare step on the M in the Diag.

8. You’ve fallen asleep trying to pull an all nighter in the stacks.

9. You’ve bought a mixer outfit at Ragstock.

10. Your parka cost more than your books.

11. You crave Mojo cookies in your sleep.

12. You’ve spent your Saturdays dartying in the dead of winter.

13. You love lectures in the MLB because you never have to go.

14. You’ve been/are going to PV for spring break.

15. You can locate where all your in-state friends are from using your hand.

What happened in the beginning, and how the heavens were set in motion.

The Norse Creation Myth

Now, I have the everlasting joy of explaining the Norse creation myth. To be honest, it can be a bit kooky, so talking about it is always fun. The entire cosmos is included in this creation myth, not just the earth but the sun and the moon as well. This will be a short retelling, a summary of the creation myth, somewhat like I did with Hermod's ride to Hel.
