Whether you are away at school or at home, you sometimes may be in the state of mind of trying to be healthy. We all have guilty pleasures like chocolate, chips, fries, candy, ice cream, etc., and we just can't avoid them. We've all felt the struggles of wanting to be healthy, especially the Gilmore Girls.
1. After taking in a full Mcdonald's meal and adding ice cream.
2.After eating so much, you look at yourself and promise you'll eat better.
3. When your friend is trying to be healthy but you just can't.
This happens almost every day.
4. Also, that same friend wants to watch a movie and looks at you like your crazy when you bring out the food. But what's a movie without food?
5. We all know that one place that doesn't accept credit cards.
6. When you know the menu to a certain restaurant too much.
7. Your friends just don't understand your wants.
8. When you're at a restaurant that is very slow on getting the food out.
9. The dessert menu comes out and someone in your group says, "No we're done, just the check."
10. You are invited to the gym with friends, but going to the gym is impossible.
11. Then you realize the only running you are going to be doing is going to get the last donut left on the shelf.
12. When your friends tell you how good you'll feel after you eat healthier.
13. When you are going to just try it for ONE WEEK ONLY but temptation is upon you.
14. You tried it and it wasn't that bad.
15. Finally, you deserve to eat that one thing you can't get enough of.
Eating healthier isn't the hardest thing, but it sure isn't the easiest. Take it from the Gilmore girls, they do know a lot about food.
