15 Reasons You Should Love Dogs

For those that know me, you know I'm a big fan of dogs. For those of you that don't know me, I'm a really big fan of dogs, like probably one of their biggest fans. And for those of you that aren't big fans of dogs, I'm going to drop some knowledge on you and give you 15 reasons why dogs are amazing.

1. They look great with drawn on eyebrows.

And not a lot of people can say they look this good with drawn on eyebrows. I can't recall ever seeing someone look as fabulous as this dog does with drawn on eyebrows.

2. They come in all sizes.

Look at the difference in the size of those two! Everyone can find their ideal dog size, you can find a super tiny dog that resembles a teddy bear, or you can find a dog the size of a real bear. There's something for everyone!

3. They're really good at taking selfies.

If I was in a selfie taking competition against these dogs they would kick my butt. It would be a really embarrassing loss for me.

4. They look great in tights.

I can't think of anyone that looks better in tights than those two dogs. And you know with how graceful they look that they don't get runs or giant holes in their tights.

5. Puppies.

There's really no explanation needed for this reason. Look at those faces. They're so cute. I think it's impossible to not love dogs after looking at those puppies.

6. Dogs even look good with wrinkles.

Look at all the wrinkles on that cute squishy face. How can you not love dogs after looking at that face? It's so squishy and cute.

7. Underwater. Dog. Pictures.

I don't look that cute underwater. Do you? Does anyone?

8. They resemble cotton balls.

Is that a cotton ball or a dog? We may never know.

9. They look really stinkin' cute when they smile.

Look how happy that dog is, how can you not love that face? I aspire to one day own a dog that looks as happy as this dog does.

10. They look adorable when they lay upside down.

I can promise you I don't look this cute upside down, I'm pretty sure no one does. Besides dogs, because they're perfect and look good doing anything. Even laying upside down.

11. Dog birthday parties.

Dogs enjoy a good birthday party just like the next guy. Look at the look of pure joy on this dog's face, this dog is all about birthday parties.

12. They look pretty cool dressed up as gangsters.

Look at how thug that dog looks. Right down to the dollar sign gold chains.

13. Dogs somehow manage to still be cute while angry.

Look it's so angry. But so cute at the same time.

14. Hipster. Dogs.

This dog makes a better hipster than actual hipsters. Right down to the hipster glasses.

15. They look funny when they run.

Which I'm sure I look funny when I run also, but not that funny. But hey at least this dog looks like it's having a good time.

After reading this, hopefully you have changed your mind about dogs and are now in the running for being their biggest fan. And if you already liked/loved dogs, props to you, I hope you enjoyed these glorious dog pictures.

Summer: a time (usually) free from school work and a time to relax with your friends and family. Maybe you go on a vacation or maybe you work all summer, but the time off really does help. When you're in college you become super close with so many people it's hard to think that you won't see many of them for three months. But, then you get that text saying, "Hey, clear your schedule next weekend, I'm coming up" and you begin to flip out. Here are the emotions you go through as your best friend makes her trip to your house.

Feeling Lost During Syllabus Week? You're Not Alone!

Kourtney Kardashian

Winter break is over, we're all back at our respective colleges, and the first week of classes is underway. This is a little bit how that week tends to go.

The professor starts to go over something more than the syllabus

You get homework assigned on the first day of class

There are multiple group projects on the syllabus

You learn attendance is mandatory and will be taken every class

Professor starts chatting about their personal life and what inspired them to teach this class

Participation is mandatory and you have to play "icebreaker games"

Everybody is going out because its 'syllabus week' but you're laying in bed watching Grey's Anatomy

Looking outside anytime past 8 PM every night of this week

Nobody actually has any idea what's happening this entire week

Syllabus week is over and you realize you actually have to try now...or not

Now it's time to get back into the REAL swing of things. Second semester is really here and we all have to deal with it.

panera bread

Whether you specialized in ringing people up or preparing the food, if you worked at Panera Bread it holds a special place in your heart. Here are some signs that you worked at Panera in high school.

1. You own so many pairs of khaki pants you don’t even know what to do with them

Definitely the worst part about working at Panera was the uniform and having someone cute come in. Please don’t look at me in my hat.

7 Ways to Make Your Language More Transgender and Nonbinary Inclusive

With more people becoming aware of transgender and non-binary people, there have been a lot of questions circulating online and elsewhere about how to be more inclusive. Language is very important in making a space safer for trans and non-binary individuals. With language, there is an established and built-in measure of whether a place could be safe or unsafe. If the wrong language is used, the place is unsafe and shows a lack of education on trans and non-binary issues. With the right language and education, there can be more safe spaces for trans and non-binary people to exist without feeling the need to hide their identities or feel threatened for merely existing.
