15 Mac & Cheese Recipes That Could Change Your Life

As a dedicated mac & cheese connoisseur, I have compiled a list of my personal favorites throughout the years hidden in my Pinterest board or through Facebook videos. It was difficult compiling my list, so I hope you love these as much as I do.

1. The Mac and Cheese

First up is this mouth watering, creamy, cheesy, ooey-gooey, mac-n-cheese recipe. It's simple to make and goes great as a side dish to a roast or as a whole meal itself!

2. Three Cheese Bacon Mac N Cheese

The title in itself is pretty self explanatory. Three cheese. Bacon. Noodles. More cheese. Need I say more?

3. Paula Deen's Crockpot Mac N Cheese

If it's got Mama Deen's touch, then it obviously has to be the best. Not exactly the healthiest, but definitely the heartiest.

4. Fried Mac N Cheese

It doesn't get much better than cheese and fried food. Save yourself the trouble of going to the cheesecake factory and make this copy cat recipe at home.

5. Beef Enchilada Mac & Cheese

Wanna spice up your cheesy cravings? This recipe has all the creamy traits of your favorite mac-n-cheese recipe with beef, tomatoes or even bell peppers (if you're feeling crazy).

6. Mac and Cheese Stuffed Meat Balls

Let's take stuffing things into meat to the next level. If you feel like putting your cholesterol on the line, fry these suckers for just a bit to get a crispy brown and crunchy coat.

7. Southern Baked Macaroni and Cheese

You know Southerners; they'll take just about anything and make it into a casserole. But they sure know what they're doing, this delicious recipe serves up to eight (or one if you really set your mind to it).

8. Sloppy Joe Mac N Cheese

Sounds bizarre unless you try it, right? Right. It's fast, easy, and will become one of your favorite dinner recipes.

9. Bacon Broccoli Mac and Cheese

This recipe lets you have your cake and eat it too, and by cake I mean delicious mac and cheese with some healthy green. Heavy carbs and vegetables balance each other out, right?

10. Lobster Mac N Cheese

Here's a meat twist -- lobster mac and cheese for the seafood lovers. This creamy cheese recipe goes perfectly with fresh lobster to turn your average cheesy noodles into a fancy dinner.

11. Pepper jack Bacon Mac N Cheese

Take your traditional cheddar based mac n cheese recipe and turn to a different cheese! This pepper jack bacon recipe adds the perfect amount of spicy touch to your meal.

12. Carbonara Mac N Cheese Souffle

Honestly, this is the only way to describe this recipe.

13. Panera Mac & Cheese

In case you couldn't find the recipe to the best mac and cheese served by a restaurant, you're welcome.

14. Pulled Pork Mac and Cheese

This is by far one of my personal favorites. Anyone else getting all hot and bothered looking at this picture?

15. Pizza Mac & Cheese

I had to save the best for last. 12/10 would recommend for every meal.

10 Thoughts Of A 5th Year Senior

What about those of us who don't do it all in four years?

"College will be the best four years of your life" is a phrase that we have all heard growing up. College is painted as a magical place to us while we are in high school. A place you go to learn, meet your best friends and probably have the time of your life while all of this is going down. Four whirlwind years, where everything that you've known changes and you start to learn what it means to live on your own, have a job, etc. But what about those of us who don't do this all in four years? Major changes, hard courses, switching schools, career paths changing, these are just a handful of factors that could extend your four years to five, six or seven. There is nothing wrong with taking extra time to graduate, but returning as a fifth-year is a little different. Most of your best friends have most likely graduated and moved and while you may be one of the oldest undergraduates on campus, you might feel as awkward as a freshmen. A world that became home and comfortable to you is still there but it's slightly different than you've known it to be and you have to find a groove to fall into. These are thoughts you'll have as you look ahead to returning to your college campus, with a victory lap planned.

11 Times Aubrey Plaza Described Sophomore Year

Aubrey Plaza is one of my favorite humans in Hollywood. She's honest, blunt, unapologetic, and hilarious. I just started my sophomore year of college, and found that some of her best moments can accurately describe the start of the school year.

1. When your advisor tells you that you should declare a major soon.

2. Seeing the lost and confused freshmen and remembering that was you a short year ago, and now being grateful you know the ins and outs of the campus.

3. Going to the involvement fair to sign up for more clubs knowing that you are already too involved.

4. When you actually do the reading required for the first class.

5. Seeing your friends for the first time since last semester.

6. When you're already drowning in homework during syllabus week.

7. Realizing you don't have the same excitement for classes as you did as a freshman.

8. Going home and seeing people from high school gets weirder the older you get.
