\Having become famous from her work in "The Princess Diaries," Anne Hathaway is one of the most self-aware women in Hollywood. Over the years, through being herself and her roles, she has taught me more than I could ever imagine.

1. The importance of making a grand entrance.

2. It's OK to cry.


3. To know my strengths and weaknesses.


4. To celebrate the small victories.


5. To ask the important questions.


6. That it's okay to be embarrassed.


7. To let it all out in tense situations.


8. Sometimes things don't go according to plan, and that's OK.


9. To not become caught up in other people's opinions.


10. Sometimes, you have to learn lessons the hard way.


11. To not take myself too seriously.


12. Honesty is the best policy.


13. Confidence is key.


14. The power of subtle makeup.


15. To never underestimate myself.

While every couple has their fair share of tiffs and disagreements, thank you for getting through all of them with me and making us a better couple at the other end. With any argument, we don't just throw in the towel and say we're done, but we work towards a solution that puts us in a greater place each day. Thank you for always working with me and never giving up on us.
