I've been in a relationship with my boyfriend since the beginning of 2015. We've been through everything under the moon and more. He is my rock, the one who makes me laugh until I cry and the most annoying headache I've ever had. Our relationship is not like your everyday mush of love. It's actually quite the opposite. When watching my all time favorite TV show, "Grey's Anatomy", on Netflix for the third time (I may or may not have a problem), I realized that there were a ton of moments in the show that completely described me and my boyfriend's relationship. And with that, this article was born.

1. When we fight and I realize that I'm wrong.

Though it may be rare, it happens, and he never fails to point it out.

2. When I'm crying and he keeps asking, "Why?"

Honestly, I'm an emotional person. I cry when I run out of food.

3. When it's me vs. the PlayStation.

I never win. The upside is I'm really good at MLB The Show 16.

4. When people ask, "Do you even like each other?"

Come on. No relationship is perfect all the time. We bicker like an old married couple, and we are proud.

5. When I thought I would persuade him to cheer for my favorite football team, but instead he persuaded me.

This is one of my lower points in life. Geaux Tigers?

6. When staying home and eating food together sounds better than going out.

Um, yes! The choice is nine times out of 10 going to be pizza.

7. When all we do is take naps together.

We are both very, very lazy people.

8. When he makes fun of me, then expects me to be sweet and loving.

Dude, if you're mean to me, expect me to be mean right back. That's how life goes.

9. When I first dyed my hair.

"It's so... different."

10. When he complains about my appearance.

We've been together for well over a year, bud. Get used to it.

11. When he gives up playing your favorite game because you're winning.

He's such a sore loser.

12. When he goes on and on about the same sports event for over an hour.

Don't get me wrong, I love to watch me some baseball with my boo thang, but there's only so many ways to describe how a player can hit a home run.

13. When he makes me mad, but I'm trying to be a good person.

He has a real talent for aggravating the crap out of me.

14. When he tells me we can't go out to eat every night because we're broke.

Nothing makes me more sad than hearing the words "No Zaxby's tonight, Kaylee," come out of my boyfriend's mouth.

15. When I realize just how much I love him.

Through everything we go through, he's still my person. And that will never change.

11 Things Summer Nannies Can Relate To

As a college student, being a nanny over the summer is both enjoyable and challenging. Underneath the seemingly perfect trips to the pool or countless hours spent playing Monopoly are the obstacles that only nannies will understand. Trading in your valuable summer vacation in return for three months spent with a few children less than half your age may seem unappealing, but so many moments make it rewarding. For my fellow summer nannies out there, I know you can relate.

If it hurts now, it'll hurt again. Not because you're gullible or naive, only because you fall fast, hard, and you do it every time.

We fall each and every time with the complete and utter confidence that someone will be there to catch us. Now that person we SWORE we were never going to fall for has our hearts, and every time we see them our palms start sweating. The butterflies in our stomach start to soar and our hearts are entirely too close to bursting out of our chests.

Growing up I have always wanted to own a horse. My grandparents own a well known equestrian facility in Georgia, so I have been riding since I was born. A bond between a person and their horse is a bond so strong that it cannot be broken. Everywhere I went I wanted to be around horses, even forcing my family to go on trail rides during vacations. Horses have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember has taught me great responsibility, as well as 14 things that all equestrians can relate to.

College is super hard. Between working, studying, and having a social life, it feels like a struggle to just keep afloat.

I understand. When you feel like your drowning and there's no way to stay afloat I understand that it feels like everyone else is doing just fine. I understand all the frustration, long nights in the library, and that feeling that you want to just throw in the towel. I understand that sometimes it's too hard to get out of bed because your brain is already filled with too much information to remember. I understand because I am also feeling pretty burnt out.

No Matter How Challenging School Gets, You Have To Put Your Health First — A Degree Won't Mean Anything If You're Dead

Some of the best advice I've ever received was from my social studies teacher in sophomore year of high school. He stated, "If you don't know it at midnight, you're not going to know it for the 8 a.m. exam, so get some sleep."

It's such a simple piece of advice, but it holds so much accuracy and it's something that the majority of college students need to hear and listen to. "All-nighters" are a commonality on college campuses in order to cram in studying for an exam that is typically the next day.
