15 Gifs That Accurately Describe Graduating College

I finished my undergraduate studies a couple of weeks ago and, like most recent grads, I have a lot of mixed feelings about what it all means. I love the fact that I'm a college graduate and the fact that I won't ever take another final or do another homework assignment, but I hate that I'm in colossally-sized debt and that I now have to struggle to find a decent job in my field of study. I'm bitter about the debt, but happy that I'm done. And I'm happy that I'm done, but I'm bummed that I have to be a real, live adult now.

So, here are 15 gifs to show how it really feels to graduate college:

1. When you turn in your final assignment ever:

2. When you take your last final ever:

3. When you realize you finally have some free time:

4. When you realize you don't know what to do with said free time:

5. When you try to fill said free time:

6. When you get your loan exit counseling package:

7. When you get rejection emails from two jobs in one day:

8. When you remember you don't have to take out anymore student loans:

9. When you get a B in a core class, even after failing the final:

10. When you realize you start ignoring emails from your university:

11. When you get an alumni association email asking you to donate money to the school:

12. When you realize you have to be a real adult now:

13. When you realize your student debt is going to follow you around for at least ten years:

14. When someone says, "Oh, you majored in that?"

15. When your college sends you information for graduate school:

So long, college. I hope to never, ever see you again.

Sorority

I remember my freshman year oh so well. I remember feeling terrified the night before orientation. The one thing that I dreaded the most was not the new people, the new environment, or even the academic pressure. I was dreading having to talk to sorority girls about Recruitment. I remember cutting off and avoiding any Rho Gamma/Panhellenic Officer that came my way during First Week. I looked at them like they had asked me to cut my arm off whenever they asked me if I wanted to rush. To be honest, I did not even know what rush was, but I knew that I did NOT want to be a part of it. To me, it was dumb. It was a waste of money. It was a waste of my time.

And guess what? I did not rush my freshman year. I spent the first half of my freshman year isolating myself from everyone on campus. I spent all of my time in the library, and then (since I was a commuter) went back home once my work was finished.

Tiana would no doubt be disappointed in the food our cafeteria has to offer.

And hopefully she would cook for everyone in her dorm.

She definitley would not take any 8:00 am classes because she would be up late baking and cleaning up the communal kitchen that are available in every dorm.
