We all secretly love snow days and being lazy all day long. While enjoying your lovely and sluggish day, you should lay on the couch and watch one of these fantastic comedies.

1. Juno (2007)

Juno is a teenager who falls pregnant by her good friend, Bleeker. She finds a good couple to adopt her baby and luckily has the support from her family and friends. You'll fall in love with this movie as easily as I fell in love with her hamburger phone.

2. Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby (2006)

Ricky Bobby is a race car driver who loves to win. With the help of his crew and his family he can truly defeat his rival, Jean Girard, a French driver. "If you ain't first, you're last!"

3. St. Vincent (2014)

Oliver and his mom, Maggie, just recently moved next door to a grouchy old Vietnam war veteran named Vince. Vince ends up babysitting Oliver after school and the two form a very special bond. This newer Bill Murray movie is a good tear-jerker as well as a laugh-out-loud comedy.

4. Bridesmaids (2011)

Lillian is getting married and her life-long best friend, Annie, wants nothing more than to be her maid of honor. Although she is her maid of honor, she grows jealous of another bridesmaid, Helen. It's a challenge to not laugh at this movie once.

5. 27 Dresses (2008)

Katherine Heigl plays Jane, who has attended 27 weddings as a bridesmaid. Realizing this, she soon starts to rethink the idea of standing by her sister's side at a wedding with the man whom she is in love with.

6. Angus, Thongs, and Perfect Snogging (2009)

Centered around a 14-year-old English girl's diary and love life. Need I say more?

7. Step Brothers (2008)

Ah, another Will Ferrell classic. This movie is centered around two middle aged men who still live with their parents and are forced to room with each other when their parents get married.

8. What About Bob? (1991)

Bob is a patient of Dr. Leo Marvin's. When Dr. Marvin goes on vacation, Bob decides to follow him and cause him to lose his mind. Starring Bill Murray.

9. Deadpool (2016)

If you are really into raunchy comedies, I would highly suggest Deadpool. Ryan Reynolds stars as Wade Wilson, a.k.a. Deadpool. Deadpool is a product of an evil experiment that leaves him with accelerated healing powers.

10. We're the Millers (2013)

David Clark is a drug dealer and hires a fake family to move a huge shipment of weed from Mexico. "No Ragrets".

11. The Bench Warmers (2006)

Three men join up to create a baseball team and compete against the local baseball teams in the area. Who would have known that David Space, Rob Schneider and Jon Heder would make such a dynamic trio?

12. Mean Girls (2004)

This "fetch" movie stars Lindsay Lohan as Cady Heron, a new girl at school who finds her way within "The Plastics", a group of 'Mean Girls' at school.

13. Anger Management (2003)

Adam Sandler stars as a businessman who is wrongly sent to Anger Management therapy with an aggressive instructor.

14. Revenge of the Bridesmaids (2010)

Raven-Symoné and JoAnna Garcia Swisher come together as two close friends who plot revenge on a women who is marrying their friend's ex-boyfriend.

15. Knocked Up (2007)

A one night stand leaves Ben (Seth Rogan) and Alison (Katherine Heigl) shocked and clueless when they learn that they are expectant parents.

I would recommend picking one of these outrageous comedies and curling up with a loved one and some wonderful hot chocolate. Snow days were made to be wasted.

7 Ways to Make Your Language More Transgender and Nonbinary Inclusive

With more people becoming aware of transgender and non-binary people, there have been a lot of questions circulating online and elsewhere about how to be more inclusive. Language is very important in making a space safer for trans and non-binary individuals. With language, there is an established and built-in measure of whether a place could be safe or unsafe. If the wrong language is used, the place is unsafe and shows a lack of education on trans and non-binary issues. With the right language and education, there can be more safe spaces for trans and non-binary people to exist without feeling the need to hide their identities or feel threatened for merely existing.

Cambio

Singing is something I do all day, every day. It doesn't matter where I am or who's around. If I feel like singing, I'm going to. It's probably annoying sometimes, but I don't care -- I love to sing! If I'm not singing, I'm probably humming, sometimes without even realizing it. So as someone who loves to sing, these are some of the feelings and thoughts I have probably almost every day.
