15 College Life Experiences Told By A Dog

Most college students tend to have a few things in common. As time goes on we begin to pick up on the "college life" normalities. Below is a list of college happenings told by Pup, the personality dog.

1. The first morning you wake up for an 8:00.

You will begin to question your judgement on class choices. You will wonder why you signed up for that class and you are already thinking about dropping it, if we are being honest.

2. This is how you feel when your school's emergency notification system goes off.

Oh, you already know, "take cover there is a tornado", "armed man on campus" or "school is cancelled". The last one is the one we all want to hear!

3. Morning feels of test day..

No caption needed here..

4. The day after the raging party

"I will just stay here all day long and never ever leave".

5. Waking up to the sound of rain

Every college student knows this means you will happily not be attending class. If you attend class in the rain, you deserve an A+.

6. The moment you find out you did something embarrassing

"Excuse me, I did what?!"

7. "Well at least I looked cute"

Smiles after finding out how embarrassing you were.

8. This sums up college life right here..

Reasons to not eat: First, you don't have the money, secondly, you're getting larger and larger by the second!

9. I am staying in tonight

You may feel a little happiness about staying in on a Friday night and a lot of remorse. The feeling of missing out is a very very sad feeling in college.

10. This is how sisters watch sisters

If you are in a sorority, you already know.

11. "You said free food?"College students will do anything for free food!!

12. Across the room grin

The grin you give your friend when you find out they sit on the other side of the room.

13. The moment your roommate..

Leaves dirty dishes in the sink! Pup says, "oh no she didn't"!

14. To go or to not

Should I go to the bonus opportunity or stay home? Probably stay home.

15. Looks for weekend when week starts

Looking for the weekend as soon as Monday begins is something we all become really great at doing!

Enjoy your college life, it will be gone before you know it!

"Make sure to get involved when you're in college!"

We've all heard some variation of this phrase, whether it came from parents, other family members, friends, RAs, or college-related articles. And, like many clichés, it's true for the most part. Getting involved during your college years can help you make friends, build your resume, and feel connected to your campus. However, these commitments can get stressful if you're dealing with personal issues, need to work, or aren't sure how to balance classes and everything else going on during the semester.

In college, one of the essential things to have is friends. Yes, textbooks, a laptop, and other school supplies are important but friends are essential. Friends are that support system everybody needs. The more friends you have the better the support system you have. But you also have someone to share experiences with. And don’t settle for just one or two friends because 8 out of 10 times they are busy and you are studying all alone. Or they have other friend groups that do not include you. Don’t settle for just one or two friends; make as many friends as you can. After the first couple of weeks of college, most friend groups are set and you may be without friends.
