Worrying is something that I have dealt with to the point I've made myself sick. Anxiety creeps in, just like the cruel, ugly disease that it is and burdens my heart. We get so consumed with our daily life. Financial problems, relationship problems and emotional problems, seem to get the best of us. But as a child of God, I don't want to let fear consume my heart any longer. The best way you can overcome panic is with prayer. Here are 15 Bible verses to help soothe your anxious heart.

1. “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.” -Deuteronomy 31:6

2. “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” -Jeremiah 29:11

3. “There you saw how the LORD your God carried you, as a father carries his son, all the way you went until you reached this place.” -Deuteronomy 1:31
