14 Times College Was Like Grey's Anatomy

1. When you get to college and realize tests can be 25% of your grade and that you're allowed to wear tank tops to class

2. When you don't get a good grade on a test

3. When the professor is lecturing so you turn to the people next to you and say...

4. When you ask your professor a question and their answer just ends up confusing you more

5. When you get a great grade on a test

6. When your professor says you can work with your neighbors so you turn to the person next to you

7. When you want to get involved on campus, but you also want to avoid having to eat in the dinning hall

8. How you think professors feel before you take a test

9. When you have been studying for hours and have reached your breaking point

10. Also how you think professors feel right before you take a test

11. The Facebook page for your college looks a lot like thus before school starts

12. When you know that you should study, but naps and Netflix exist

13. When you write a brilliant essay that you think the world should see

14. When the professor is going over a powerpoint and says "You won't be tested on this, but it's good to know"

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!

Camping out at the library is not for the faint of heart. You need to go in as a warrior. You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.

Thanksgiving break is over and Christmas is just around the corner and that means, for most college students, one hellish thing — finals week.
