We've all been there. Whether it started from a New Years resolution, your friends dragged you along, you had a freak out moment after realizing you have less than a month until you have to be seen in a swimsuit or you just ate your weight in mac and cheese and you're feeling guilty. Going to the gym isn't always fun but eventually will be worth it! Grab some friends, take some fun classes, find a work out that works for you and treat yourself to pizza every now and then (just not the whole thing).
