This holiday season is a great time to remind ourselves to be thankful. If you go to Simpson University, you have even more to be thankful for! So, stuff your face with turkey and nom on those mashed potatoes while we rundown all of the amazing things us Simpson students should be grateful for this Thanksgiving!
1. When the caf steps up their game
2. Chapel days when everyone automatically gets credit
3. 95% of the people you walk by, greet you with your first name
It makes everything feel much more communal!
4. Amazing water pressure in the shower heads
5. A beautiful, well-kept campus
6. Professors who invite you to their house for lunch instead of class
7. Being so close to Dutch Bros.
And have multiple stands to choose from!
8. Professors that change the day of the final because you already have two that day
9. The residence halls stocked with kitchens full of pots, pans and utensils
10. Professors whose wives send baked goods to class because they know you have a final
11. Upperclassmen and underclassmen are able to be friends
12. Professors that are willing to do one on one directed studies with you so you don't take a class completely irrelevant to your major
13. Actually knowing people outside of your major
Then, being able to discuss theology from different perspectives and backgrounds of knowledge!
