Big dogs, small dogs, puppy dogs, old dogs, fluffy dogs, hairless dogs and even blind or deaf dogs. Dogs are the greatest gift any one individual can receive in their lifetime. Whether it's comfort or companionship, love or friendship, a dog is someone's forever friend. If you're like me, dogs are a serious obsession, and you want to adopt and love every dog you've ever met. For my dog loving friends, this one is for you.

1. Your excitement level reaches a new height when you see a dog.

What is better than seeing a dog on a walk? Answer: Nothing.

2. You greet your dog before you greet your family.

Puppy kisses trump awkward conversations with your family about school, relationships and unnecessary events.

3. You make sure everyone notices the dog you have seen in public.

By screaming "DOG!" you ensure your friends have seen the dog in question.

4. Movies with dogs getting hurt make you cry.

Don't hurt the dog. Don't kill the dog. Anyone but the dog!

5. You show everyone you know pictures of your dog.

"Look at the cute thing my dog did. Look at him!"

6. Your parents send you pictures of your dog while you are away.

These will boost your happiness.

7. You have talked to your dog on FaceTime/Skype.

Not like they understand, but it's always nice to see your pet in real time.

8. You are skeptical of people who don't like dogs.

How can you like children and not dogs? Dogs are obviously better.

9. You talk to your dog like it is your baby.

"Who's a good boy?! You are! Yes, you are!"

10. You have decided that, one day, nothing will stop you from adopting a shelter full of dogs.

One day, they will all be mine!

11. You follow accounts about dogs on all social media platforms.

We Rate Dogs. Enough said.

12. When you are looking for housing, you first check to see if dogs are allowed.

"No dogs over 20 pounds? No, thank you."

13. You buy your dog gifts that he/she likes.

And suddenly your cart is full of dogs toys; nothing you came to Target to buy.

14. The size of your vehicle is determined by how many dogs you hope to fit into it.

SUV all the way.

Cambio

Singing is something I do all day, every day. It doesn't matter where I am or who's around. If I feel like singing, I'm going to. It's probably annoying sometimes, but I don't care -- I love to sing! If I'm not singing, I'm probably humming, sometimes without even realizing it. So as someone who loves to sing, these are some of the feelings and thoughts I have probably almost every day.
